REFINISHING PROCESS

On refinishing wood floors....lets start with the basics!

Natural: Floors are sanded, sealed and finished with two coats of oil, base polyurethane (three coats of finish if water base is used)

NOTE: Color will be lighter if water base polyurethane is used.

Stained: Floors are sanded, stained to any color of choice and finished with two coats of oil, base polyurethane (or three coats of water base finish)

Pickled: Floors are sanded, stained with a pastel color and finished with one coat of sealer and three coats of water base finish.

Beached: Floors are sanded, bleached, neutralized, stained with a pastel color and finished with one coat of sealer and three coats of water base finish.
